Current EMS Review & Documentation Review existing environmental management practices, procedures, and documents. Prepare or revise the environmental policy, objectives, and the environmental manual. 4–6 weeks
Risk & Opportunity Assessment Conduct a risk assessment to identify environmental risks and opportunities for improvement, focusing on legal, environmental, and operational risks. 2–3 weeks
Development of Environmental Objectives & Targets Establish environmental objectives and measurable targets that align with the organization’s strategic goals and ISO 14001 requirements. 2–3 weeks
Action Plan Development Create an action plan to address the identified gaps, risks, and opportunities. This includes defining responsibilities and setting timelines for implementation. 2–4 weeks
Implementation Support & System Development Provide guidance and support for implementing the action plan, including developing procedures, setting up monitoring systems, and ensuring legal compliance. 3–6 months
